Website Privacy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Devious Dog Games LLC operates deviousdoggames.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse this website, request a launch notification, or contact the studio by email. It covers this website and related correspondence; it does not describe data handling inside Triad or third-party game stores.
Information you send us
If you email hello@deviousdoggames.com, we receive your email address and any name, message, or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and manage the related correspondence. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
The website does not offer accounts or purchases. Clicking an email link opens your email service; this contact link does not submit a message automatically.
Launch notification requests
If you leave your email in the launch-notification form, we use it to send you one email when Triad launches, not a newsletter. Your email address and launch-notification request are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for Devious Dog Games. We keep it until we have sent the launch notification or you ask us to remove it. You can withdraw your request at any time by emailing hello@deviousdoggames.com.
To limit abusive form submissions, the backend stores a salted one-way hash derived from your IP address, rather than the raw address. This is separate from hosting and security logs described below.
Information used to deliver the website
We host this website on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, the services delivering this website receive technical information needed to serve its pages, such as your IP address and the requested URL. Hosting and security services may retain access logs containing request times, browser information, and similar connection details to operate the site, diagnose faults, and protect against misuse.
The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts.
Fonts and service providers
We use Google Fonts to display the site’s typography. Your browser contacts Google to request font styles and files, which sends Google your IP address and request information. See Google’s explanation of Google Fonts privacy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering the website and handling correspondence. Their processing and storage locations depend on the services used and may be outside your country. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect legal rights. We do not use this website for advertising or the sale of personal information.
Keeping information
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, maintain relevant business records, or meet applicable legal requirements. Technical logs and backup copies are subject to the relevant provider’s retention settings. You can contact us to ask about information relating to you or request its deletion.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse without providing your name or email address. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict its use. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Send questions or requests to hello@deviousdoggames.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal or other permitted purposes.
Younger visitors
You do not need to provide personal information to explore this website. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact the studio on their behalf. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it and address any deletion request.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our website practices change and revise the date above. For privacy questions, contact Devious Dog Games LLC at hello@deviousdoggames.com.
